WE’VE EXPERIENCED SOME TECHNICAL GLITCHES IN UPLOADING GLOBAL SUBMISSIONS.
Therefore, to ensure that the submission process is fair for all, The Africatown International Design Idea Competition Organizers and Global Jury Chair are
extending the submissions deadline for 2 weeks.
- We encourage ALL contestants to use this new deadline/time extension to their advantage.
- If you’ve already submitted your designs, this is a great opportunity to refine them if you wish.
- If you have yet to submit your design proposals, breathe easy.
- Use the next 14 days as opportunity to craft a strong response to this unique design challenge.
- Be ready to upload FINAL DESIGN submissions on Feb. 2nd, 2023, 11:59PM CST/USA
THE COMPETITION dates are as follows:
- Last Day to SUBMIT DESIGNS is February 2nd, 2023;
- Initial JURY reviews begin on February 19th, 2023;
- WINNERS will be announced in Spring 2023;
- WINNERS WILL BE INVITED to join us in Mobile, Alabama, on Juneteenth (JUNE 19th) 2023.
